Occupied Balochistan: The chairman of Baloch National Movement (BNM), Khalil Baloch, has announced a nationwide protest movement, on Tuesday, against Pakistani barbarism and ongiong military offensives in Balochistan.

He alleged, “Pakistani occupying military have been conducting a brutal army operation in Mashkay of Awaran district using heavy weaponry against unarmed population.”

He said the use of indiscriminate air power against unarmed innocent Baloch people showed that the colonial state was utterly frustrated over the increasing Baloch popular movement for freedom.

Addressing the press Mr Baloch said, “during operation in Mashkay and Awaran regions of Balochistan the occupying forces attacked the house of Baloch leader Dr Alla Nazar and his relatives. Pakistan’s security forces abducted Shah Baig Baloch, brother-in-law of Dr Allah Nazar and Naeem Baloch.”

He urged Baloch nation to bring unity in their ranks and be mentally ready to face the enemy’s repression and atrocities against their children and other vulnerable sections of Baloch society.

He strongly criticised world powers including America and Iran for supporting Pakistani state, adding that “their aid to Pakistan is being used against Baloch nation.”

He further said previously the aid that Pakistan received in the name of war on terrorism has been used against Baloch national resistance in an effort to eradicate the Baloch National identity and loot Balochistan’s natural resources without facing any resistance.

He alleged that, “Pakistan has perpetrated worst type of human rights abuses during Awaran Mashkay siege in which children and women were killed and injured.”

He urged the international human rights organization to take immediate notice of human rights violations in Balochistan.

Baloch Freedom fighters will defend Baloch national identity and dignity: Gowahram Baloch

Occupied Balochistan: The Spokesperson of Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) informed Baloch media that at the behest of the head of Death Squads, Shafee Mengal and Sanaullah Zehri, Pakistani occupying forces are committing war crimes against Baloch nation by conducting aerial bombardment on civilian population, as result of this barbaric aerial bombardment a child along with two elderly women embraced martyrdom.

According to Baloch Liberation Front (BLF), spokesperson the occupying forces have subjected the area of Gidar with intense search operation backed by Gunship helicopters since Monday. He said that Pakistani occupying forces were harassing the common villagers, blocking the all commuting roads.

cheHe said that Baloch Sarmachars, the freedom fighters of BLF, confronted the coward forces of Pakistan army in Gidar’s mountain and inflicted heavy losses on enemy forces, among them eight were from Shafeque Mengal and Sanaullah Zehri Death Squad and twelve from  Frontier Corps (FC) personnel. “Baloch Freedom fighters leave no stone unturned in defending Baloch national identity and dignity” said Gowahram Baloch. Informing the Baloch media he said that the occupying forces of Pakistan army are terrorizing the local population besides looting the belongings of poor villagers in the Gidar village. Expressing the resolve of Baloch Sarmachars, BLF spokesperson said that they relentlessly pursue the path freedom by conducting guerrilla war against occupying enemy forces of Pakistan on Baloch soil.

Baloch National Movement delegation informed UN WGEID about state atrocities against Baloch people

Occupied Balochistan: In a statement the central spokesperson of Baloch National Movement said that a delegation of BNM, headed by Vice chairman Sayed Yousif Baloch had a meeting with UN visiting team to Balochistan in Quetta and apprised it about the current situation of Balochistan: the human rights abuses, state sponsored atrocities and the Baloch Nation Crisis.

According to details Mr Baloch has presented a letter along with a documentary book, “Titled: The Brutal Counter Insurgency and State Terrorism of Pakistan”, to UN working group on behalf of the central general secretary of the Party. The book highlights the state terrorism, the mass murder of Baloch People, enforced disappearances, and their subsequent killed in custody and dumping of their mutilated bodies. The BNM was given 30 minute for their presentation on this occasion the vice chairman of BNM Sayed Yousif Baloch said that Baloch crisis was not merely a humanitarian crisis; it was rather a pure illegal occupation and regaining Baloch sovereign state.

He emphasised that all reasons and circumstances must be explored as to why Baloch were being made victims of enforced-disappearances and subsequently killed in cold blood? He said it was incumbent that the UN conduct an in-depth investigation of Baloch crisis to find out why the situation is so extremely volatile? He said that Balochistan was not a province of Pakistan, it was rather an occupied territory and it is crisis is totally different from that of FATA and other region. He remarked that the Baloch nation would not abandon its freedom struggle even if Pakistan was not committing Baloch genocide and atrocities. He said that his Party deliberately does not describe the abducted Baloch People as missing persons because they have been abducted by Pakistani security apparatus in broad day lights in presence of their family members and other eye-witnesses. They main reason behind their abduction is the outright demand of liberation of their homeland from Pakistani occupation.

The massive number of custodial killings and dumping torture and bullet-ridden bodies on roadsides confirms the fact that they want to constrain the Baloch freedom struggle through human tragedy of massive scale infliction of pains and create terror in the minds of People in effort to pressurise them from taking part in Independence movement. The statement issued by BNM further said the state security forces for employing evil designs and mediums to defame and deter the Baloch resistance.

Baloch leader Sayed Yousif said that it is unfair to say that the Pakistan state atrocities begun in 2000 in Balochistan because Pakistan attacked and occupied Balochistan on 27 March 1948. He said, “The invasion of Balochistan was against the will of Baloch masses; hence the beginning of Pakistani state atrocities against Baloch nation.” He said that Balochistan was an independent state and the British were an important historical eye-witness of Baloch sovereign state. The BNM leader said that Pakistan, a member state of the UN, has violated the UN charter when it forcefully annexed the independent Baloch state in 1948.

He said, “The United Nations team must not look at Baloch crisis as a humanitarian crisis only, but rather it should see through the historical, geographical and cultural background of the Baloch crisis which is directly related to the fact that Baloch were an independent nation.”

He urged the UN to use its influence in resolving the long bloody conflict in accordance with Universal laws. The Baloch leader said that no organization, including United Nations can resolve the issue of enforced disappearances unless United Nations and International Community morally support the Baloch National Struggle for freedom. He most of the victims of extra-judicial killings, enforced disappeared, target killings were members of pro-freedom Baloch political parties. Among them prominent was Ghulam Mohammad Baloch, who was the central chairman of Baloch National Movement. The UN had taken notice of his killing in cold blood but they so far failed to pressurise Pakistan to arrest his killers. Zakir Majeed, the vice chairman of Baloch Students Organization Azad, Jalil Riki, the information secretary of Baloch Republican Party and all others belonged to freedom movement and were prominent member of their respective parties. He after freedom Balochistan will become a responsible member of the United Nations and work for world peace and prosperity, unlike Pakistan which is a security risk for world Peace.

We Been Given only Two Hours to Meet UN Working Group on Baloch Missing Persons: VBMP

Quetta: The leader of Voice for Baloch Missing Persons, Waja Nasrulllah Baloch complained that they have been given only two hours to meet the UN Working Group on enforced Disappeared Persons in Balochistan. He said that the head of Judicial committee retired Justice Javed Iqbal is speaking the language of secret agencies by lessening the number of Baloch Missing Persons. The long march announcement of Dafae Pakistan Council against United Nations’ visit to Balochistan is a ploy of secret agencies.
 In a joint press conference with Mama Qadir Baloch at Judicial Street, the leader of VBMP said that they had already expressed their reservation about the appointment of Retired Justice Javed Iqbal as the head of Judicial Committee for The Missing Persons. At the behest of secret agencies,  Javed Iqbal has, as usual, presented United Nations Working Group with Misleading figures about the number of Missing persons in Balochistan.
His misleading statement that the number of Missing Persons is 26 is the true reflection of his morbid interest of seeking the empathy of secret agencies to confirm his employment.  He said that 94 Missing Persons cases were being heard by the same bench of which the Justice Javed Iqbal was a member during the time when he was a standing judge in the Supreme Court.
He said that they had already expressed their concerns that the UN mission would not be allowed to visit Balochistan. Today the Defae Pakistan Council issued a statement saying that it would start a long march against UN working group’s arrival to Balochistan.  Previously the same Defae Pakistani Council once announced that it would start a long march to stop Nato Supply line, but when the military approved it, and then the long march also was cancelled. Now once again the DPC has announced its long march against UN working group’s arrival in Balochistan at the behest of secret agencies. But we condemn it with strongest possible terms. He said the UN mission is arriving Quetta on Sept 14th and on Sept 15th we’re programmed to meet the mission. But we have been allowed only two hours to present the cases of missing persons which is extremely not enough. We appeal the UN mission to visit the inner and far off regions of Balochistan where military operations and enforced abduction of Baloch political workers had taken place.
 To assess the actual humanitarian situation, UN must meet the affected families so that the truth comes out.

Nothing expected from Supreme Court, Pakistani institutes have no sympathy with Baloch; they’re just killing the time.

Occupied Balochistan:  Utterly disappointed by the current Pakistani Supreme Court hearing on Baloch missing persons’ cases, the elderly Baloch human rights activist, Mama Qadeer Baloch, who lost his own son because of human rights activism, said that no one would listen to what Supreme Court says, even if it constitutes a full bench hearing, let alone the three member bench headed by chief justice himself. Speaking to a private TV program Mama said that they summon the IG of Frontier Constabulary in the court and conduct the hearing in private, but we know nothing about what transpired between them!

Mama Qadeer, who heads the protesting family members of Baloch missing persons at BVMP’s forum, Baloch Voice for Missing Persons,  said that Baloch people are rounded up from all around Balochistan, and no one knows about their whereabouts, but when we submit their cases with proofs in the courts, the result is nothing more than a of mockery of human dignity! He said no high up have been arrested among colonels and majors of Pak armed forces nominated in the cases of missing persons.

Pointing towards conspiracies against missing persons cases, he rejected the misleading information regarding the number of missing persons claimed by some ISI backed organizations. He said his forum has the presence of missing persons’ family members and the numbers of missing persons. He also said some unknown persons visited his protesting camp and threatened him to put an end to protesting camp, or otherwise face the consequences. He said that in Islamabad and Karachi they have also been threatened for holding protest camps there! But, he said he would continue the protesting camp till the last result.

Meanwhile, Dr Mannan Baloch, the General Secretary of Baloch National Movement (BNM) said in the same TV show program that Supreme Court is a Pakistani state institution and Nothing comes out of its verdicts to benefit Baloch. He said it is obvious that it works to protect Pakistan.

Reiterating his party stance, he said Baloch are fighting for their freedom, adding that now it has become clear to international community what sort of conspiracy Pakistan pursuing to deter Baloch from their freedom struggle. He said these institutes have no sympathy with Baloch nation; they’re just killing their time by orchestrating such fake demo. He said Pakistani state machinery has now become hyperactive against Baloch movement because the Baloch crisis has internationally been recognized. He said the enemy has now started showing some fake sympathy with Baloch in a bid to divert international community attention towards Baloch crisis. But, he said that Baloch cannot be taken in and they continue their struggle till the last victory!

The Objectives of Raja Perviz’s Visit to Balochistan

Now the offering apology has become a political tradition for any newly elected Pakistani Prime Minister visiting Balochistan. Pakistani rulers have never been in love with Balochistan, albeit political exigencies have always been the motive behind such visits. In other words, Pakistan’s every affair related to Balochistan is based only on compulsion. Last day’s visit of the newly elected Pakistani prime minister to Balochistan is reflected in the same tradition.

In the cabinet meeting of the provincial government he assured peace and prosperity to the participating provincial officials. However, contrary to what PM assured, the provincial chief minister was trying his level best to satisfy Raj about the supremacy of the parliament and the stability of the democratic government. According to the analysts PM visit to Balochistan has been carried out under peculiar objectives. Though the Current government has a numerical majority in the Parliament, which might help them to have an upper hand over the current crisis of the institutional confrontations; yet they’re desperate to restore their lost credit in the eyes of Public by knocking every door they could!

The prime of objective of Raj’s visits to Balochistan is to take Balochistan public into confidence regarding their confrontation with the judiciary; because, to win this battle, the chief justice has already taken up the cases of missing persons in an emotional discourse.

The impression is that the chief justice or the Judiciary has a soft corner in their heart for Baloch masses. After comprehending the situation, Raja has been prompted to visit Balochistan, otherwise the situation in Balochistan isn’t as such that a guest prime minister like Raja Perviz Ashraf can solve it or comprehend it.

Growing tendency of committing suicide among Pakistani soldiers deployed in Baluchistan

By Archen Baloch on 2012/7/1 Occupied Baluchistan: Reliable sources have revealed that Pakistani soldiers deployed in Baluchistan have been suffering from stress and there has been a sharp rise in committing suicides among Pakistani military personnel. This trend illustrates Pakistani occupying forces are losing the moral and psychological battle against Baluch National Armed forces (Sarmachars, the Freedom Fighters. According to sources Pakistan forces deployed in every nook and corner of Baluchistan are involved are not only involved in gross human rights violations across Baluchistan but they are also depriving Baluch non-combats from their valuables and household goods. Several standing crops were set on fire and women and children harassed during raids on their houses. The Baluch Sarmachars, whom the Baluch people regard as their protectors and vanguards, have always been there to defend their unarmed and brethren. Freedom Fighters are widely known as Sarmachars –meaning those who never care for their own lives for a bigger cause, in native Baluchi Language. Analysts believe that Pakistan Army is losing the war on psychological front because the Guerrilla operations of Baluch Sarmachars are not only courageous and well-coordinated but deadly as well. Baluchistan media sources have reliably learned that Differences between Pak armed forces in Baluchistan and Frontier Corps have surfaced and the escalated conflict brought the secrets out in Public and Pakistan Military High Command are highly concerns over the issue. Though Pakistan army is always in denial, yet a trend of suicide within the armed forces deployed in Baluchistan is on rise and situation of the remaining soldiers continue to deteriorate. The list surfaced so far, shows Major Mohsin Choudry at the top, who hanged himself and was found dead .He, was posted in the Bahlool Area of Chamalang in Kohlu, Baluchistan. It has been learned that the suicide toll reached eight in the same area. While in the Dera Bugti, Abid Hussain (JCO), and Tanveer Multani (Driver) are also included among those who curtailed their own lives by committing suicide. In the newly established Sui Cantonment Major Kalimullah and Shahid Choudry committed suicide due to psychological stress. Captan Pervaiz and Ziauddin Sawati, from Turbat Cantonment, Yasin and Asif from Khuzdar Cantonment, Mubaashir Hussain and Muhammad Siddique from Gawadar cantonment, Shafqat Ali from Noshki Cantonment, Haider Ali Kharan, Shareef Raza from Qalat, Lieutenant Safdar Ali Butt and Touseef from Kahan, Nujahid Khairullah Shinwari and Yasir Ali from Jaalri, while Malik Waqar Hussain and Ismail Shah have taken their lives at Karmoo Wadh Checkpost. These are a few names revealed in public so far, the actual number and details maybe much higher and never be brought to public notice, all of the above mentioned personnel and officers suffered the worst stress which forces them to take their lives.

Baloch protest in Europe against Pakistani atrocities

 Oslo,London, Gothenburg:  Baloch community commemorated the International Torture Day with protest rallies in European capitals including British,Norway, and Sweden.  The focus of the these protests were to register and highlight the atrocities that Pakistan has committed in occupied Balochistan and particularly in Karachi where Baloch population is a particular target of  Pak agencies and MQM. Baloch Students Organization Azad and the International Voice for Missing Persons mounted a protest camp in front of Norwegian Parliament in Oslo. While addressing the protesters the Norwegian Zonal president of BSO azad, Sangat Waheed Baloch said that every day Baloch people are being abducted in Balochistan, and after subjecting them with inhuman tortures, their bodies are dumped in desolate places. Today whatever is happening in Balochistan is not hidden in the eye of the international community. Waheed demanded that world powers headed by United Nations should take tough action against Pakistani and Iranian states terrorism in Balochistan. He said they’re hopeful that the Norwegian government, as a member of European Union would play its important role on humanitarian ground.

At the end of the program an envoy of Baloch activists headed by Baloch Students Organization proceeded to Norwegian Parliament house where the Balch envoy apprise the heads of all Political parties about  human rights situation related to Balochistan political crisis.

In Sweden too Baloch Students Organization and International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons Jointly held a protest rally Gothenburg against Pakistani and Iranian atrocities against Baloch nation. Members of other oppressed nations including Kurdish and Azerbaijani also participated and showed their solidarity with Baloch nation. BSO azad leader Sangat Aher Dad addressed the protesting gathering and said that Baloch are being persecuted both byIranandPakistanon similar scale. Pakistani state sponsored terrorism has even reached to the Baloch living inKarachi; where innocent Baloch are being packed up one by one and their gunny packed dead bodies thrown on roadsides. They’re framed in false cases and forced confessions are extracted. On this occasion of International Torture Day, we appeal international community to help Baloch get rid of Pak state sponsored terrorism in Balochistan. Pamphlets were distributed to the visitors on the protesting camp in Sweden city of Gothenburg.

In Northern London in England, Baloch community also mounted a protest camp, Photos of Martyrs and Missing Persons were displayed on stalls in a huge numbers. Speaking on the occasion, Zahid Baloch said that world community commemorates the torture day only once in a year, but Pakistan and Iran are everyday reminding us of this day by killing our brothers in Balochistan andKarachi. Zahid said that the intensification of Baloch genocide started in 2005. He appealed international community to take serious notice of torture and custodial killing of Baloch people in Balochistan and Karachi so thatPakistanis pressed to realize its international responsibilities.

Baloch social activist killed by Pakistani state backed drug mafia

Karachi: A Baloch Doctor has been killed in Malir City as the extra judicial killings of innocent people by the government backed drug mafia groups continue across Karachi.

According to details on Wednesday 20 June 2012, Dr. Rahim Baksh Baloch, 45, Resident of Siddique Goth was murdered in his clinic in Sher Mohammad Goth, within the jurisdiction of Malir city police station, when three armed men entered his office and opened fire on him; resultantly he die on the spot.

Dr Rahim was an active social worker within his professional capacity among Baloch community in Karachi and Balochistan.

Baloch National front in its statement vehemently condemned the killing of Dr Rahim and stated that Dr was a dedicated social worker among Baloch community in Balochistan and Karachi. He supervised all medical relieve camps in Makran under Baloch Komakaar welfare organization when Cyclone Phet disaster struck in Makran coastal belt in Balochistan in 2010. He was one of the senior members of Baloch National Movement in Malir.

According to local people accounts I collected during my contacts, they said that he was a social activist, and was more interested in helping local poor people in the vast section of his community. Sobbing on the other side of the call, one of his regular patients, Bibi Zargul, suffering from asthma, said she lost a great human being. She said he charged his poor community people with a nominal fee for his medical services.

Baloch National Front in its statement released to Dailytawar, paid rich tribute to the deceased and further said People’s Aman Committee Malir wing, headed by Imran and Sarmad Saalari, has carried out the killing of Doctor Rahim Baksh Baloch; they alleged that the agencies backed PAC had forcefully colonized an old local School in Siddique Goth two months ago and turned it into a drug selling rendezvous. On March 24th 2012 one of Dr.’s relative; Latif Baloch was killed while resisting the colonization of their old school along with many local sustained injuries.

It is widely believed that the People’s Aman Committee under Uzair Baloch’s leadership as also stated in BNF statement, has become part of Pakistani state conspiracy to force Baloch to fight each other.

Altaf Rind, along with his two friends, abducted by Pak State Agencies: Family

The Chairman of Voice for Baloch Missing Persons Nasrullah Baloch has asked the incumbent chief Justice ofPakistanto form a commission for recording the statements of the missing persons and he himself should start hearing their cases. He said the commission that was formed for missing Persons was doing nothing except advocating the Intelligence agencies stance.  The federal and the provincial governments are not sincere with Missing persons cases. Had it been that case, they would have paid a visit to the family members of the missing persons showing their solidarity.

VBMP Chairman was talking in front of Quetta Press Club along with Sami Baloch, the cousin of Altaf Rind, where the family members of Missing Persons were holding a set-in protest against illegal abductions of their love ones by state Intelligence agencies. Talking to press media, Sami Rind said that his cousin Altaf Rind was abducted at gun point along with his two friends by Intelligence agencies on June 7, 2012 while travelling from Ziarat toQuetta. He said that they were afraid of his cousin life, lest he met the same fate as his elder brother, Sameer Rind, who was abducted, later they received his mutilated dead body.

He said the Intelligence agency’s personnel in plain clothes accompanied by Policemen abducted his cousin. He appealed to the International human rights organizations to play their role in pressingPakistanto release his cousin along with other abducted Baloch missing persons.

Chairman Nasrullah Baloch, on this occasions said the abduction-like-arrest of Altaf Rind, the District coordinator of Voice for Baloch Missing Persons from Mand, along with his two friends, is the walking proof that there was no let off of abductions of Baloch people till today.

He said prior to this, another two coordinators of VBMP from Mastung district Faqir Ajiz and Yasin Baloch from Kalat were abducted and they received their mutilated dead bodies. He said the chief Justice ofPakistanwas the only hope for Baloch nation for the save recovery of missing persons. He said he refused to submit his statement before retired IG police ofPunjab, because of presence of secret agencies representative in the investigation committee; who would never allow the cases to be submitted against them.

He asked the chief justice ofPakistanto form a commission comprising of standing judges to record the statements of missing persons’ relatives and then he himself conduct the hearings.

He said his organization had no political motives. He said the statement that has been issued against his organization by current commission head is regrettable. He said the accusations that the detailed information of the missing persons had not been compiled, is not correct.

Previously the family members of missing persons, including Gaffar Lango, submitted their statements before the committees, but the end result was that they received their mutilated dead bodies.

Currently the head of commission is in a panic bout, because members of missing persons families have refused to appear before the commission. The members of the commission are only interested in fork and privileges. He accused the head of the commission of praising the government; even all know the government is not sincere about missing persons’ case. Had it been the case, high officials of the government would have visited the protesting members of the missing persons’ families inQuetta,KarachiandIslamabadshowing their solidarity.

News : Voice for Baloch Missing Persons rejects the claims of Pakistani Judicial Commission

Occupied Balochistan: The Chairman of Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), Nasrullah Baloch, has rejected the claims of Pakistani Judicial Commission which was set up a year ago to trace abducted persons. “The Judicial Investigation Commission was set up one year ago but during this period it did not visit Balochistan. They are only getting incentives in the name of abducted persons. The team headed by retired Justice Javid Iqbal is not a Judicial Commission in fact it is an inquiry committee; their work has been very disappointing.” Mr Nasrullah Baloch expressed these views during a press conference at the protest camp of the relatives of abducted Baloch outside Quetta Press Club. He was accompanied by Vice Chairman of VMBP, Mr Qadeer Baloch, and relatives of enforced-disappeared Baloch activists. Strongly criticising the government departments Nasrullah Baloch said that “ our Organisation has expressed dissatisfaction about this Judicial Commission one and half year ago when it was set up. Although the Commission headed by Justice Javid Iqbal has been named Judicial Commission but in reality it is just an inquiry committee. The commission has been busy dealing with Abattabad case in Islamabad and they did not visit Balochistan even once in this one and half year period. Now that the Supreme Court has heard few cases of abducted Baloch, the commission has suddenly remembered Balochistan and they came here [Balochistan]. Expressing his disappointment on the work of JIT he said the VBMP has decided not to appear before commission. No one has appeared before it. “ The JIT claimed to have recovered Abdul Zakir Bangulzai and eighteen (18) other Baloch. That is why it is important to make it clear that not even a single Baloch have been recovered by the Judicial Commission. It was the moral responsibility of retired Justice Javid Iqbal to resign from the JIT after such wrong claims.” “We don’t trust the investigation team and commission as it failed to give any result earlier. Relatives pinned all their hope on the Supreme Court now and they are dissatisfied with the hearings to some extent,” he said, adding that the government had formed two committees earlier, but the bodies had not been able to submit report pertaining to Baloch abducted persons. Another reason for not being satisfied he said was that the head of the investigation team is a secret agency official against whom the VBMP was fighting the case of abducted Baloch. Mr Baloch said all the evidence and witness statements presented to Supreme Court were against the government officials that is why the authorities has assured the Supreme Court to arrange a high level meeting on Balochistan which will find out about abducted persons and play its role to bring them to surface. “ They have been asked to submit their report on 11 June 2012 but we do not have faith on government officials and we have already made it clear to Supreme Court; neither do we cooperate with such controversial committees”, said Nasrullah Baloch. Answering to a Question the Chairman of VBMP said that one hundred and sixty (160) abducted Baloch cases have been registered in the Supreme Court. The police had presented the video footage of the abduction of Mohammad Khan and Abdul Nabi Marri being arrested by the FC personnel and the Supreme Court had ordered to recover them but instead they were killed and dumped – we have received their bullet-ridden bodies. “If the security agencies stop killing and dumping the abducted Baloch and take practical steps to free the abducted Baloch then we can bring the families, of those who have been whisked away Pakistani security agencies, to the Supreme Court. We have made it clear time and time again that we have no political motives, we only want our loved ones back safe. We will continue our peaceful campaign for the release of our loved ones. If there are any cases against our beloved ones then they must be brought before the court. We appeal to the chief justice of the Supreme Court to transfer the cases of all Baloch abducted persons to bench one and personally come to Balochistan to hear the cases”, said Nasrullah Baloch. Aerial bombardment against Baloch people is disproportionate and against International laws: Hyrbyair Marri

London: Expressing his view about IG FC (Inspector General Frontier Corps) visit to Iran, the Baloch leader Hyrbyair Marri has said that the visit was aimed to discuss strategies, share information and experience on how to eliminate the Baloch Nation. Iran and Pakistan, like in past, want to join hands in their evils designs against Baloch freedom movement. It is pertinent to mention that in 1973 Iran and Pakistan has carried out joint air strikes against Baloch people and killed & injured thousands of Baloch men, women, elderly and children. To paralyse the Baloch economically peoples’ live stocks were bombarded and crops were set on fire. Hyrbyair Marri further said that as soon as the IG FC came back from Iran he asked the federal government to allow using air strikes in Balochistan because Iran and Pakistan in order to strengthen their occupation over Balochistan are finding new ways to unite and expand their atrocities and genocidal policies against the Baloch people. “Baloch are not living in 70s, they know their enemies very well. Iran and Pakistan should not be under the illusion that by committing atrocities against Baloch people they can crush the Baloch struggle for freedom.” The Baloch leader said that keeping in view the collusion of Iran and Pakistan the Baloch people of occupied Balochistan [by Iran and Pakistan] should also intensify their efforts and bring unity in their ranks against the twin enemies (Iran and Pakistan). Hyrbyair Marri said if two different nations, Punjabi and Farsi who speak different languages and their traditions and identity are also different, can unite to keep their occupation – then why cannot the Baloch nation unite to protect their national identity and existence. If today we do not unite and lose this opportunity, then we can give nothing but slavery to our future generations. “I am hopeful that Baloch have learned a lot from their past mistakes and instead of being silent they will raise their voice, according their capability, against Iranian and Pakistani occupation.” The Baloch patriot leader said Pakistan has been indiscriminately carrying out Air Strikes along with ground forces – some time back one the Air Marshals of Pakistan has admitted using aerial bombing in Balochistan. “Pakistan is still trying to conceal her disastrous acts from the International Community and that is why Balochistan has been declared a no go area for International media. Pakistan is trying to hide her black deeds in a similar fashion as in 70s she tried to hide the genocide of Bengali people in Bangladesh until the last minute but now Pakistani military and the FC are openly talking of using Air Force in Balochistan.” Mr Marri said Pakistan says that it will not hesitate to render any sacrifice to protect her integrity but in Balochistan it is committing atrocities to hide her crimes, not to protect her sovereignty. “Baloch nation is also adamant to offer physical and financial sacrifices for their motherland, natural rights, National identity and regaining their freedom. History has witnessed that Baloch nation has given enormous sacrifices against the illegal occupation of their land. Baloch are still continuing their courageous struggle against occupying forces and for protection of motherland.” The Baloch leader said that the UN and the International Community should not turn a blind eye on Pakistani atrocities against Balochistan by terming it an internal issue of Pakistan because no country has carried out aerial bombardment to resolve their internal disputes. Air Strikes are used against an enemy state or against an occupied territory. Balochistan is an occupied land which Pakistan has occupied in 1948 by violating the international laws and to continue the occupation Pakistan has been indiscriminately using aerial bombardment, cluster bombs, napalm, and phosphorus weapons. “Pakistani military and FC has laid thousands of anti-personnel mines in several areas of Kohistan Marri including Nisao, Karmo Wadh, Kahan and Siyah Gari; innocent children, women, livestock and civilian are becoming victims of these landmines.” Hyrbyair Marri said the use of fighter jets in Balochistan is disproportionate use of power and against the international laws. UN and International Community should to take notice of such atrocities and intervene in Balochistan to save innocent lives. Pakistan claims that Kashmir is her Carotid Artery and openly advocates for it on national and International level but India has never used fighter jets against Kashmir because it [India] respects the proportional use of power and International laws; whereas, Pakistan has been violating the international laws since 1948 to keep her dominance. For violating these international war laws the world Community should break their silence about Pakistan. Pakistan has always tried to deceive the International community, said Mr Marri adding that giving sanctuary to Osama bin Laden near Kakol Military Academy is proof of Pakistan’s double cross. Sentencing the man, Dr Shakil Afridi, who helped found Bin Laden for 3 years and accusing him of being a supporter of extremist groups is a message for America that if you [America] can find and kill the leader of our [Pakistan’s] Jihadi movement, then why cannot we [Pakistan] accuse your friend [Shakil Afridi] of having links with extremist groups and sentence him to jail. “This, in a way is equal to rubbing salt to American’s wounds”, Mr Marri said. Hyrbyair Marri further said that “If Pakistan can deceive or lie to a super power like America, then imagine what it has been doing in Balochistan to Baloch Nation from past 65 years. Over 14000 Baloch who have been made victims of enforced-disappearances but Pakistan says there are only couple of hundred forced-disappeared Baloch. 04/06/12Occupied Balochistan: Baloch National perseverance and courage has shaken Pakistani state foundations  said Baloch Patriotic leader, Waja Hyr Beyar Marri in a statement released to dailytawar newspaper on Monday.  He said that the panic stricken  Pakistani rulers seeking solace by resorting to baseless allegations.  He said that because of its  atrocious policies Pakistan is under intense external and internal pressure. To metigate that pressure, or to create a misguided impression about the defensive activities of Baloch struggle, the Frontior Corps has now started a series of diversionary statements, said Waja Marri. Affirming his believe Waja Marri said that all diabolic conspiracies being hatched against Baloch freedom  struggle would not be successful as usual.  Because, today’s Baloch has learned a lot from their past mistakes, no one can misguide them with baseless stories. He further said it is utterly impossible for enemy to misguide international opinion with false allegations empty of proof. The allegations that Pakistan has levelled upon us and our friends are not new and  for sixty four years Pakistani state establishment and its stoog politicians are continuously repeating them. but they failed to prove their claims till today. Just three years back at Sharam ul Sheikh Pakistani prime minister presented a file to his Indian counterpart allegedly claiming Indian involvement in Balochistan. And Pakistani media left no stone unturned in publicizing the allegations, but it turned out to be a file of hearsay and a plethora of unsubstantiated complains. World community, including India rejected them and when demanded substancial proof, Pakistan backtracked and went into silence.

The same was orchestrated in the false case against us in london. But when they were asked to present proof, they failed to produce anything before British independent court to substanciate their allegations.  But there too we succeeded in convincing the British Court and Jury that Pakistan has occupied Balochistan and Baloch people do not regard themselves as Pakistani citizens. Waja Marri forcefully reittrated that Baloch people are not terrorists, it is Pakistan and its military that are engaged in terrorism in the world. Baloch have now stood up to defend their homeland. When they (British Court and Jury) became aware of the reality of Balochistan status and based on this reality the Jury  exonerated us of all Pakistan false allegations.  As a result, it further dawned upon world community that whatever Baloch say about Pakistan are substantiated truths and consistent with the reports of  independent world organizations. Pakistan is not only sorting to falshood but also all its claims are based on diabolical diversionary tactics.
The Baloch leader said that Pakistani Judiciary came under pressure and became active on human rights abuses only when Balochistan Bill was submitted in American Congress and various human rights organizations, including American government concerns, took notice of the Pak military atrocities in Balochistan. He further said that Pak judiciary is more concerned about Pakistan’s unnatural state existence rather than saving the lives of Baloch people. In this regard it  has held some sessions in which the IG of FC was summon, but he refused to attend it, as result, his own chief justice declared  him the murderer of the Baloch People, who were abducted from a local hotel and their dead bodies, as gifts, were sent to Baloch nation.Mir Hyr Beyar Marri said that all Pakistani baseless allegations against Baloch leadership, the hue and cry about foreign involvement and aid in Balochistan, are nothing more than a futile attempts to exonerate itself from the proven crimes that it has committed in Balochistan. Marri said the Paki state official has revealed that there are twenty foreign agencies active in Balochistan, but he had not the courage to name those agenceies and arrest them and brought them before public. Marri questioned the authenticity of the official claim and asked while he knew the exact numbers of the alleged foreign agencies why doesn’t have the courage to arrest them?, surely, he needs not to use air force to arrest them!  But he has asked the federal  government to provide him the authority to use air force to terminate Baloch nation. he further said that Pakistan has had corpet bombardment in Balochistan. three hundred thousands Baloch lost their home because of Pakistan military operation. Thousands of Baloch youths, elderly men, wormen and children have enforcedly disappeared. Hundreds of tortured dead bodies we received. Our coffins are locked and even our graveyards too are guarded with intense securities. But the success, that Pakistan wanted to achieve of its dreams, is now a far cry. Because Baloch masses, as a whole, have now decided that they cannot afford to be deceived further and nor the rolling of the caravan would be affected by the barking of the dogs.
At the end Baloch leader said that the panic of  Pakistani rulers would encourages us and solidify our believes further that the way and the strategy that we have chosen, would guarantee our success and it has the command of Baloch public will.Therefore we appeal our those Baloch brothers, who are preparing themselves for wading into the marsh of Pakistani parliamentary elections, not to provide legal legitimacy to barbaric rule of Pakistan by entering into next election. Because, if you go for elections than you would become a direct or indirect an intrument at the Islamabad and IG FC hands,  which are smeared with Baloch blood.

Iranian Border forces Kill two Baloch Commuters in Dalbandan

Occupied Balochistan: According to local reports Mohammed Afzal Qamberzai and Ali Baksh Qamberzai resident of Dalbandan city of Fazal colony were shot to kill in an unprovoked attack by Iranian border forces, the Pasdarane Inqalab, while crossing the border. The immediate family members of the two unfortunate slain Baloch said that both were common commuters shuttling on the border for minor border trades locally known as “Baddoki”. Pakistani local officials tight lipped on this unprovoked extra judicial killing of these two unfortunate Baloch minor traders.

It is worth mentioning here that entire Balochistan economy is dependent on border trades. And that is the only source of income for common Baloch people on both sides of the arbitrary border. Sometimes Iranians imposes tough restriction on commuters, of “Baddoki traders”, that is to carrying goods on back and selling them on the other side of the border. 

The mutilated bodies of the Baloch are a human tragedy, not a mere issue!

 Quetta:  Exactly at the same time when PM Gilani was issueing statement about the increasing number of missing persons, two mutilated bodies from Quetta and one from Khuzdar were found of the missing persons. The PM was admitting that the number of missing persons was rising. He said he would talkwith army chief on this issue that day. Now what question this statement poses here is that what the army chief has got to do with missing persons? In addition, did the PM summon army chief for clarification?

On the other hand, the Supreme Court constantly issued orders for producing the missing persons before the court. However, the missing persons appeared but in the form of mutilated dead bodies!! Now this invigorates the impression that there is a supreme power behind the heinous of crimes of all abductions and their subsequent dumping of mutilated bodies on desolate areas. And the rulers are totally helpless before this supreme power. The observers believe the rulers cannot exonerate themselves by offering sympathy. Because it isn’t politics, rather, it is a tragedy. If the rulers are powerless, at least they can expose the hidden forces. Otherwise, their criminal silence would put them in same row of those who are committing the crime of mutilated bodies. This issue is so increasingly widening the gap between Pakistan and Balochistan that, perhaps, no Pakistani leader, in future, would be able to decrease the distances. The reaction from Baloch side is very much according to the law natural. However, in the end, nothing comes beneficial to the fate of Pakistan rulers except the repentance.

Why Balochistan is Chosen for Nuclear Tests? Hyr Byair Marri 20/05/1998 (PR)

Quetta: At the time when Pakistan was about to carry out nuclear tests in Balochistan, the patriotic  Baloch leader HyrByair Marri was a member of the so called Provincial assembly, and also holding the portfolio of the environmental ministry. Knowing the fact that Pakistan would response Indian Nuclear Pokhran tests on May11, 1998 and the place where it would probably conduct the tests, He immediately issued a press release to the Intekhab daily newspaper and vehemently asked the Nawaz Sharif government not to carry out nuclear tests in Balochistan district of Chagai.

 In his statement he said that Balochistan was already a backward area and the proof of it was that it had the highest rate of mortality. Reasoning with long-running radioactive disastrous effects, the Baloch leader said that given the backwardness, the test would have ever lasting negative effects on Balochistan’s ecological system. The radioactivity would last generation after generation and we would suffer from the radioactivity of the tests in the region, he said.

The Patriotic Baloch leaders had rightly predicted that the foreign nuclear experts would never be allowed to observer and check themselves the radioactive level and its negative effects human being in the name of security risk. Citing the Nagasaki and Hiroshima example, Mir Hyr Beyar Marri said that a developed country like Japan could not get rid of the appalling negative effects of radioactivity which was a century old atomic technology.  

He said that the effects of current modern nuclear radioactivity were hundred times more dangerous than the previous ones. Cautioning Pakistani rulers he said that the range of radioactivity cannot be imagined by a common man to what extent it would expand.   

Baloch leader suggested that if the intention of the rulers was of that Soorma marshal disposition, then they could conduct the tests in the areas adjacent to Indian border to prove their marshal nature. “There is no scarcity of such barren lands in other parts of Pakistan, such as Cholistan and Tharparker Badin all these areas are appropriate places for the tests because they are adjacent to Rajestan state where India has conducted its all nuclear test series”.

 Baloch leader expressing his apprehension posed the question: isn’t it the case that these weapons would be used against Balochistan people made in the name of defense? Expressing his concern he further said that Pakistani rulers might reject the suggestion of conducting the nuclear tests in Cholistan area in the name of wild lives preservation of that area. They are rather concerned about wildlife than the mankind in Balochistan. 

He reiterated that if he was given the right to express his opinion, then they would strongly oppose/resist the nuclear tests on Baloch soil. He said that Pakistan has always ignored Balochistan, let alone bothering to mitigate the abject poverty, illiteracy and backwardness of it.

“Balochistan is now dearly being remembered as a “nuclear test zone”; as they are now badly in need of carrying out possible nuclear tests” said Marri

He said that perhaps the rulers have the sympathy of killing our people in a single go, instead of allowing them to die in a painful slow death.

Occupied Balochistan: “The National Conference is a deception” said Sher Bugt, the central spokesperson of Baloch Republican Party. Speaking his party reaction about the National Conference on Balochistan grim situation, organized by Supreme Court Bar Association in Islamabad on Saturday, he said that the sole purpose of orchestration of that conference was just to deceive and mislead Baloch masses. Pakistan has always deceived Baloch nation. He said that Nawab Akber Khan Bugti used to believe in dialogue, but we saw how he was treated. He said that their struggle is all about liberation of Balochistan, if they want to have talk on Balochistan independence issue, then are ready for that. Talking to dailytawar.com news disk, Mir Bugti said that Baloch were offering sacrifices for the sake of Balochistan freedom, therefore they could not be taken in by such conferences. Expressing his confidence, Baloch leader said that Balochistan issue is under discussion in European Union, which is a promising sign for our freedom movement. He further said that their stance about those people who are indulged in Parliamentary politics is clear. He said that they are allied with Pro-independent forces.

Preparation of a Massive Military Operation in Balochistan Underway: BSO Azad

Occupied Eeastern Balochistan: The central spokesperson of Baloch Students Organization, (BSO) has said that preliminary preparations of a gory military operation in a massive scale are underway in Balochistan. According to spokespersons statement, massive mobilization of enemy forces have taken place in strategic area of “DashtGoran” in Kalat, “Laje” In Kharan, “AhmedWaal” in Noushki, and “Nimmurg” in Kalat.

The spokesperson expressing concern of collective punishment by forces said that the crops of the poor Baloch peasants have been destroyed by armed forces and the water resources have been sprayed with chemical poisons. People are not being allowed to commute to cities to buy ration. All out and inlet routes of the areas have completely been blocked with the establishment of new check posts.

The spokesperson further said that preliminary preparations are the preamble of another gory military operation in Balochistan. The statement said that the forces laying landmines, in a large scale, on the general thoroughfares for common people commute. Citing an example the spokesperson said that a few days back, a landmine in “Samalo” of Kalat area exploded killing two innocent people.

Calling upon international community BSO spokesperson said that on humanitarian ground, it is their moral duty to prevent Pakistan from laying landmines and committing human rights violation in Balochistan so that human catastrophe is stopped before it started in the near future, because the mobilization of Pak armed forces on the large scale in Balochistan are the prelude of a dangerous gory operation.

Sindhi too has now started receiving its share of mutilated bodies of abducted people after Balochistan. The bullet riddled body of Muzafer Bhuttoo, the leadere of Jeay Sindh Party, was found at Goth Bukhari near Khederabad bypass, bearing severe torture marks. He was abducted fifteen months back. The family of Muzafer Bhuttoo has alleged that the state security agencies are involved in his abduction saying that he was abducted on 25^th Jan 2011from New Saeedabad.

 Keeping in view the political circumstances, this tragic event can be viewed as a part of rehearsal that is constantly being repeated in Balochistan on daily basis. Previously, the death of JSQM leader Bashir Qurishi in mysterious circumstances is also being regarded as a wider part of the conspiracy against them by Sindhi nationalists.

Muzafer Bhuttoo’s political struggle has left indelible mark in the political history of Sindh. Previously Muzafer Bhutto was abducted by secret agencies and released after subjecting him with crippling tortures. His role in Sindhi national movement will always be remembered. Baloch nationalists parties too have expressed their unequivocal solidarity with Sindhi nationalists and describe the abduction and the killing of Muzafer Bhuttoo as the continuation of the same policy of “Kill and Dump” in Balochistan.

According to analysts, the beginning of appearances of mutilated bodies of Political workers in Sindh, shows that the rulers are in panic in Sindh too after Balochistan. Because the rulers seems to have resolved to crush every dissenting voice, no matter wherever it is raised. The rulers are afraid of the intensity of the political movements on moral ground. The appearance of Mutilated body of Muzafar Bhuttoo would have far reaching consequences. Political analysts further believe that pushing Sindh against the wall will result in serious ramifications after Balochistan.
