The rulers should have the courage to speak the truth about Balochistan

Pakistani ruler never bothered to speak the truth. Always busy to herd the falsehood, had they ever dared to speak the truth they might have felt a little bet relaxed, Prime minister says he cannot rule out possibility of foreign hands involved in the Balochistan unrest: that they would not bent before American pressure.

Mentioning the American name directly PM has strengthened the impression that America is totally involved in Balochistan. Those who are engaged in a fight against Pakistan for freedom are against all sort of exploitation of their natural wealth including the Iran and Pakistan Gas pipeline run through Balochistan. Similarly America has expressed its reservation and opposition to Pakistan’s gas pipe line projects with Iran and the pressure on Pakistan is being considered an open intervention to its internal matters.

Meanwhile India has already been issued the interference certificate of abetting the freedom with weapons. The Baloch freedom fighters have made it loud and clear that Balochistan is an occupied state and that they are fighting to regain their sovereignty with their own available resources. They maintain that neither they have American support nor does India support them. They say that had they been supported by a foreign country they would have reached to several phases of the struggle. Albeit, they say that they would accept any support rendered by any country for the sake of freedom of their country. But now we do not know what sort of designs the rulers have in their mind to achieve by laying to public. But the media has internationally exposed the false impression of the rulers that there no possibility of involvement of foreign hands in Balochistan.

It seems that the rulers are totally unserious about Balochistan issue. That is the main reason that they are constantly trying to exonerate themselves from the responsibility. If the rulers have any proof of foreign involvement in Balochistan, then they should pluck the courage and expose the foreign hands in front of the media so that they are spared off from the daily hue and cry!

In a private Balochi TV channel, Baloch leader Dr Allah Nazar Baloch has asked UN that it must raise its voice against Baloch genocide, answering to a question Dr Baloch said that they would welcome any support from any country provided it was based on principle of Baloch national liberty. Answering to a Question about Sardar and their role in Baloch liberation movement Dr Allah Nazar Baloch said; “Hyrbyair Marri and Brahumdagh Bugti are our brothers and comrades of Baloch freedom movement.” When asked what was his opinion about Charter of Liberation Dr Baloch said that it was also a part of liberation movement and a positive step. Much of its points have been agree upon. However, it might require minor modifications and improvement.

“We are fighting to liberate a country. If the we (Baloch) have the ability to get our freedom then we also have the capability to sustain our liberation,” said Dr Allah Nazar Baloch.

He said that they would welcome voices raised against atrocities in Balochistan from Washington and Delhi. Dr Baloch made it clear that Baloch is free nation and would never accept subjugation. Talking about human rights violations Dr Baloch said both Iran and Pakistan were committing genocide of Baloch nation. Commenting on IPI (Iran-Pakistan-India) gas pipeline, he said the Baloch would oppose it even America had not objected to it.

Dr Allah Nazar Baloch also welcomed the congressional hearing of Balochistan issue in America and said that it was time all other civilised nations also support the Baloch freedom movement. He said Baloch movement was gaining momentum and the credit for the success struggle goes to Baloch Sarmachars (Freedom Fighters). “The Baloch have never accepted slavery and their struggle is not a proxy war. Baloch consider it as an abuse to describe their national liberation movement as a proxy war.” He rejected the allegation of foreign (Indian) support and said that Baloch are solely relying on their own strength and energy.

Answering to a question related to foreign intervention in Balochistan the Baloch guerrilla leader said: “put aside international interests, Baloch are subjected to worst type of genocide; even children and women are not spared by the brutal occupying forces. The entire Pakistani rulers and media went ballistic when the American congressmen submitted the resolution on the humanitarian ground but they hardly take notice of Baloch genocide perpetrated by their (Pakistan’s) army”. He said Baloch are a free and dignified nation and freedom could not be achieved without sacrifice.

Answering to a question regarding Pakistani media propagation about Brahumdagh’s status, he said that “Mr Bugti is a comrade in the freedom struggle because of his political ideology not because he is a Nawab (Chieftan). There are no discriminations in our ranks. All comrades who are loyal to Baloch freedom struggle are equal, be that son of a Nawab/Sardar or son of peasant.” Baloch national resources belong to Baloch nation. Many so called tribal chieftains who call themselves Baloch nationalists are being used to counter Baloch freedom movement, whether it is in the form of Aslam Raisani, Sana Zehri, or Dr Malik.

Talking about the role of National Party and Balochistan National Party (Awami) he said that both are equally working for enemy. They are different only by name. They belong to establishment and the occupying state, he said drug barons such as Amam Bhil are members of these parties, what to expect from these parties? These parties do not support the freedom of Balochistan because they do not accept the very concept of Balochistan’s liberation.

Talking to Vsh News Channel Dr Allah Nazar Baloch said they did not killed Moula Baksh Dashti, However those who are involved in killing of Dr Khalid Baloch, Dr Mazar Khan Baloch and other Baloch freedom fighters will not be pardoned. He said their organization works within the parameters of Geneva War Conventions and armed organisations are conducting their defensive activities with extreme responsibilities; Baloch fighters do not target anybody without valid reason and proof.

He said Pakistani media and intellectuals support the Kashmir issue but turn a blind eye to on-going gross human rights violations by their security forces in Balochistan. Arundhati Roy in India has taken strong stance against on Kashmir issue and the Indian media allowed her to express his view before the public. He said we will establish cordial relationship with international community after our freedom, but we will not allow anyone to decide our fate and take our liberty.

Defining Baloch national policy regarding the foreign policies of foes and friends towards Balochistan, the Baloch national leader, Hyrbyair Marri, in a press statement said that any collaboration between America and Pakistan over Balochistan was totally unacceptable. Highlighting the main reason why Balochistan has been the Centre of imperial interests, He said that Balochistan was an ultra-strategic importance to entire world community generally and to Indian subcontinent particularly, therefore they used power to subjugate Baloch nation to continue their colonial rule over Balochistan. But, he said that Baloch never bowed before any powers and their colonial rules.

Drawing the attention of world community towards Baloch history he said that Baloch are trying their best to convince International Community that Balochistan had been occupied by Pakistan forcefully against their will and it is imposing its decision on Baloch nation at gun point. Therefore, the Baloch leader explained that Baloch are totally different from Pakistanis on every aspect [language, culture and way of life], Hence, Pakistan had no right to represent the Baloch national interests. He said that the sovereign independent Baloch homeland had been divided into different parts under morbid interests and conspiracies. Mr.Marri said that the colonial powers had committed genocide of Baloch nation by exploiting the vocabulary of terrorism and attributing it to the freedom and peace loving Baloch.

Expressing his dismay the Baloch national leader said that despite being well aware of the facts about Balochistan situation, the international community had, so far, maintained a policy of “see and ignore - hear and forget”. The Baloch have rendered numerous sacrifices to regain their sovereignty and they are adamant to continue their struggle till the ultimate victory. Despite the cruel tactics of the enemy, there is no dearth of sons of soil for sacrificing their lives for the freedom of the nation.

Expressing his views about America’s intention of opening a Consulate inQuetta Hyrbyair Marri said that he become aware this news through media sources; he said that if they want to open a consulate in Quetta, they can do that according to international laws as such law already exist. However, he said that Pakistan has no right to decide the destiny of Baloch nation. Historically Baloch are a sovereign nation and owner of an Independent country. There is no harm if world communities, including America want to establish their foreign Missions in Balochistan but America and other nations should acknowledge the sovereign status ofBalochistan and should allow us (the Baloch) to open our embassies in their respective countries, because Pakistan’s embassies around the world do not represent Baloch and Balochistan.

He made it clear that America and other nations should keep in view [respect] the Baloch national sovereignty, integrity and the Independent status of Balochistan while making any decisions/bonds with Pakistan. “We would never tolerate any Nation that collaborates with Pakistan against the will of Baloch people and decides our destiny. We Baloch as an independent and separate nation would want to establish relationship of mutual interests with International community”.

Hyrbyair Marri said that International Community has been suffering from the terrorism and religious madness/extremism promoted and abetted by Pakistan from past one decade but the Baloch Nation has been facing these [terrorism and religious extremism of Pakistan] from 64 years. Pakistan is exploiting the religion for its vested interests. Besides its own interests this fundamentalist state has no concerns about world peace and sovereignty. It is high time that International Community become realistic, recognize the independent status of Balochistan and join hands with Baloch people to accelerate their efforts for a more peaceful and safer world and save it from not only incidents like 9/11 and 7/7 but more sever and destructive occurrences in future.

The patriot Baloch leader said that the main reason behind Pakistan’s reluctant to allow the US to establish a consulate in Quetta is because the presence of American staff in Balochistan will witness Pakistan’s military operations and atrocities against Baloch people. An illustration of Pakistan’s hesitant is the limiting the activities of foreign NGOs to Quetta only and putting restriction on their movements anywhere else inBalochistan. They are not allowed to help three hundred thousand Marri,Bugti and other Baloch victims of Pakistan’s military operations.Balochistan has been declared a ‘No Go’ area for International observers and media. “Pakistan does not want the International Organisations and media to visit Balochistan and see the ground realities for themselves and bring the occupying forces brutalities to the world’s attention. It’s [Pakistan’s] state sponsored media has adopted the policy of ‘all is well in Balochistan’ in order to mislead the world about factual situation ofBalochistan. The International Community should know that this outrageous state is trying to hide its atrocities Baloch people by dubbingBaloch nation as terrorists.

Hyrbyair Marri said that slave-minded Baloch ministers who praise their Punjabi masters are not the representative of Baloch people; they represent their own vested interests and personal gains. They have forgotten the great country of Balochistan and they are dishonoring the sacrifices of our fallen heroes because these ministers have been tasked to promote the concept of Pakistani slavery in Balochistan. They should be well-aware of the fact how history has treated National traitors.

The participation of these selfish-minded so called Baloch, worshipers of Pakistani parliament, to one of the darkest day in Baloch history [14 August] and hoisting the flag of enemy’s country, which was only confined to military cantonments, is tantamount to collaborating with theBaloch enemy.

On August 11 the Baloch Nation has held reference with regards to“Balochistan’s Independence Day” and pledged that their main goal is to free Balochistan from the occupation of alien Pakistani forces. HyrbyairMarri said that we all have to prove practically that we are the voice ofBaloch people that are struggling to defend the Baloch land. He called upon all Baloch unite to defend the national honor and identity of the mother land and take forward the struggle for freedom.

World Community is Seriously Considering the Freedom of Balochistan: Hair Byar Marri

“It is imperative upon America and the civilized world tostop backing the state of Pakistan which has committed crimes against humanity. Because the money and aid that America and west provided to Pakistan to fightextremism are instead being used to nurture and expand the extremism, which is not only affecting the peace in the region, but also entire world peace as a whole” said the Patriotic Baloch national leader in a protest really in front of American embassy in Oslo yesterday. He said that international community with substantial proofs has reached to the conclusion that Pakistan is no more a partner in the war against terrorism: but a staunch supporter of their enemy. In Afghanistan both Iran and Pakistan are creating hurdle and difficulties for America and its allies said
the visiting Baloch national leader to Baloch community who held a protest against Pakistani and Iranian atrocities in Balochistan. The Baloch leader said that the only secular nation in the region is the natural ally of the civilized
nations is facing the genocide on both sides of the arbitrary border drawn by Pakistan and Iran on the chest of Baloch motherland. World community must see towards our national and international common interests in a wider perspective and reconsider their relationship with Pakistan; because the Iranian nuclear ambitions and the
religious extremism are interlinked with each other, which are one way or other incited by Pakistan. Therefore it’s our urgent appeal that Baloch national movement for freedom be recognized immediately and openly. All helps rendered to Pakistan should be withdrawn which has committed crime of genocide against Baloch nation. 




Praising the efforts of Baloch community in Norway he said that our brothers and sisters in Norway have left no stone unturned in raising their affective voice of Baloch nation in the western world on both sides of the border against the atrocities committed by Iran and Pakistan.

The reason of disappearances and killings of Baloch people for years in Iran and Pakistan is that they are demanding their freedom and national identity from both countries. At the end he said that closing the ranks
among the pro freedom forces is the call of the day. It is the duty of the day for all Baloch living abroad and in Balochistan to press persuades the Pakistani parliamentarians Baloch that they understand the reality that unity without a single agenda of freedom of Balochistan is nothing than a self deception Baloch intellectuals Waja Hafeez Hasanabadi addressing the protesters said that barbaric state sponsored terrorism is at its peak in Balochistan. In Eastern Balochistan, hardly a day goes by that three to four Baloch are not abducted, similarly in same number we are receiving gifts of mutilated dead bodies on daily basis. Baloch are resisting the occupying forces bravely in entire Balochistan which has destroyed the entire state structure in Balochistan. The enemy state is in panic by reading its failure in the clear writing on the wall. The barbaric acts of killing and dumping of Baloch people is the exact sign that the enemy state is living in a dreadful condition. In such conditions it is our national duty that the Baloch sisters and brothers become the interpreters of freedom movement in abroad. He particularly congratulated the brothers and sisters of Baloch National Movement (BNM) of the Iranian occupied Western Balochistan that
they organized such a protest. At the end, the central leader of Baloch Raaj Zrombresht, Waja Raisi said that on the one hand in Iranian occupied Western Balochistan, the Iranian regime is hanging Baloch people depriving them access to court and justice with false allegations, on the other side of the arbitrary border, in Eastern Balochistan, Baloch on daily basis being abducted and their mutilated bodies are dumped on roadside. Waja Raisi thanking the Patriotic Baloch national leader, Waja Hyar Beyar Marri for his effort, who has now started his campaign for uniting the pro freedom forces on both side of border under a single agenda of freedom, said that BNM would appreciate it as a great step forwards.

At the end of the protest an open letter was delegated to Mr President Obama and a resolution on behalf of BSO of Oslo zone was submitted to American embassy to Norway. A large number of Baloch people took part in that protest which started at 3PM and ended at 4 o’clock the afternoon. Entire world community is seriously considering the freedom of Balochistan. Therefore, the sooner our friends abandon their relationship Pakistan the closer we get to our freedom, and it soon heralds the end of Pakistani and Iranian occupation of Balochistan

Charting a Course of Unity, Forging a new arrangement

By Archen Baloch 07/07/2011 Let us put our efforts together to forge a new pact under a single agenda which should be acceptable to all Baloch parties that believe in liberation of Balochistan. A strong, disciplined and united agenda is needed to advance the Baloch national liberation struggle and to complete the mission of fallen heroes of Liberation movement. The Baloch National Movement at this critical and pivotal juncture cannot afford deception and double standards of Baloch parties that in reality are siding with the state and silent on state’s atrocities in Balochistan. They should mince their ways if they want to win the hearts and mind of Baloch masses. It is a bitter fact that some people from BNP (Mengal) and (Awami) do not get tired chanting the slogan of Unity but they failed to explain unity for what and on what basis? It seems they need a temporary unity in a bid to fool the Baloch Nation once again and reach to the comfortable and air-conditioned rooms of Islamabad by winning the next elections. Among the two BNPs, the BNP (Mengal) seem to have succeeded in creating rifts in the unity of Baloch pro-independence political parties, the BNF (Baloch National Front). Baloch National Front is an alliance of eight or so political and social organizations; its primary objective is to re-gain Balochistan’s sovereignty and Independence from occupying forces. The parties affiliated with the BNF agree on the following common points. 1: To struggle for the liberation of Baloch people and against the illegal occupation of Balochistan 2: To regain Independence use all options and means of struggle except the occupying state (Pakistan’s) parliamentarian system 3: To unequivocally support the Sarmachars, the freedom fighters, in defending Baloch land, honor, National Identity and achieving the ultimate goal of establishing a free, democratic and united Baloch state. So far the BNF has avoided responding to the demand of unity with the Parties that are engaged in Pakistani Politics for obvious reasons. They are of the view that the Front cannot enter into any sort of unity with pro-Pakistan parties without a clear stand, in other words before chanting slogans of unity these parties must spell it out loud and clear that Balochistan and Pakistan are two different Nations and that the later has occupied the first at gunpoint violating all International laws. Much of the statements about unity coming from these pro-Pakistan parties are often confusing, vague and contradictory. They mix-up the term self-determination and provincial autonomy and at time they say self-determination is equivalent to Independence. However, more often they speak about self-determination in the context of autonomy. This was also confirmed by HRCP in the freshly release findings about Balochistan issue. It is generally believed in Balochistan that they’re just sugar coating their ambiguous terms with word ‘UNITY’. BNF, besides the armed struggle in self-defense, welcomes all other form of struggle that disrupts the Pakistani state’s illegal occupation over Baloch land whereas BNP and other pro-establishment parties refrain from doing so because they still intend to join the race for elections and might have the opportunity to maintain Pakistani state writ on Baloch land once if they are in power. Baloch political society is not so polarized as compared to other nations in the neighborhood; we have three major political organizations, i.e. Baloch National Front, Baloch Republican Party and Balochistan National Party (Mengal), among these parties BNF and BRP support outright Independence, BNP (Mengal) is sitting on the fence and waiting for the opportunity to jump either side that suits them. There is also a small party; it is widely believed that it is an ISI creation called NP (National Party). It is openly against the Independence of Balochistan perhaps that is why they are hesitant to put the word ‘BALOCH’ before their party’s name. However, BNP (Mengal) has also recently taken some anti Baloch steps by burning Daily Tawar, giving statements against Baloch freedom fighters and appreciating the breakup of BNF. BNF believes that the BNPs and the NP have compromised the secular identity of Baloch national struggle for freedom and the natural resources with Pakistani state. The parliamentary character of Baloch politics delivered nothing except corruption and losses of national pride and it is a form of deviation from Baloch national ideology. The sham gothic character of Pakistani democracy is nothing except a smokescreen of Punjabi military design to serve Punjab’s economic interests and appease the whim of fanatic mullah for power. The secular Baloch national movement has now earned the confidence of international community. Atmosphere for freedom movement has never been as conducive as it is today. International Community, Media and Human Rights organizations to some extent have started to take up Balochistan’s issue. Writing this paragraph in praise of International Community by no mean I am suggesting that they are fulfilling their International and Humanitarian obligations but they must understand that Balochistan issue is of great interest and grave concern; they cannot and must not ignore Balochistan issue any longer if they want peace and stability in that region. It is time the International Community and Western democracies have recognized Balochistan as an occupied country and started assisting Baloch in their struggle to regain Independence. Independent observers believe the secular Baloch freedom movement has ripped through every outdated Tribal and fanatic Religious barrier erected by Pakistan in Baloch society to constrain Baloch freedom movement. From Mand to Kohlu’s mountains, Baloch Sarmachars, the freedom fighters, are engaged in sure-footed guerilla warfare against Pakistani occupying forces and are adamant to drive them out of Baloch land. Balochistan National Party, the advocate of the right to self-determination slogan, has a limited command over a section of Baloch society. In conducting its rallies and protests BNP always seeks the help of those non Baloch political parties who are not only strongly opposed to Balochistan’s Independence but also they don’t even support BNP’s slogan of right to self-determination. Such parties include Jumyat e Ulma e Islam, Pashton khwah Awami milly party, NP, Jomayat islami, Hazara Democratic Party. All these parties, including BNP, have been stuffed into a new coalition called Political Parties Coordination Committee by ISI to counter the Baloch Liberation Struggle. The slogan of Right to self-determination is totally unacceptable to the above mentioned parties. BNP has so far failed in convincing the Pakistani parties of PPCC to buy its self-determination card, let alone the Pakistani establishment. In the conglomerate of the above mentioned Pakistani Parties, Baloch National Party is an alien entity. BNP has several weakness and flaws like any other Political party in Balochistan but among the many weaknesses two are very important and outstanding. This first is that its top leadership is inactive and they solely relying on the statements of its secondary leadership and student wing issue. The second weakness of this party is that its top leadership is locked in a complexity of past and future which prevents it from establishing contact with real political forces in the realm of colossal struggle for freedom; in other words the BNP, as mentioned above sitting on the fence, is not sure which side to jump. Many pro freedom Baloch observers wonder that if this party leadership can make an alliance with parties of neighboring nations and bring together different nationalities like the Pashtun, the Sindhis and the Sariekis, on a single platform, a task that the omnipotent ISI can’t do. Then why cannot this party unite with pro-Independence parties to strengthen the liberation movement? The reason is either they are against Independence of Balochistan or they want to impose their version of Unity on the Baloch Nation; which is to allow those non-Baloch parties among Baloch who’re totally against Baloch peoples’ struggle for freedom. During Nawaz Sharif era, Sardar Attaulla Khan Mengal formed the Pakistan Oppressed Nations’ Movement, PONM, in which the pseudo nationalist parties of different nations are/were involved, Sindhis, Pushtons, Seraekis. The main objective was to pressurize Nawaz sharif for some provincial privileges and a greater share in power in the Pakistani affairs. However, PONM proved as a useless exercise, failed to convince Punjab to respect the rights of different nationalities within Pakistani federation, it still officially exists on papers, though it is practically a failed coalition and is totally inactive. BNP has some workers abroad professing the right to self-determination for the future of Baloch nation on the platform of Baloch Human Rights Council, BHRC. It has, so far, garnered no international support for its slogan. Rather it has been seen by BNF as an obstacle for internationalizing the Baloch liberation movement. It is an old relic of colonial politics for deceptions; therefore, this is totally unacceptable for those Baloch who are seeking international support for the freedom movement. Baloch observers say that BHRC is as confused as BNP because they claim to be a Human Rights Organization but I have not seen them protesting against enforced-disappearances, discovery of mutilated bodies of Baloch Political activists and attacks on Baloch villages. It is also claimed that they receive huge amount of money from Baloch Diaspora in Gulf-countries in the name of Baloch and Balochistan. The chief patron of BNP, Sardar Attaulla Khan Mengal is said to be the complementary and supplementary of Baloch national movement. It is believed that if he joins the movement for freedom, Balochistan would get rid of Pakistan within months if not within weeks, as once the renowned Baloch journalist Hafeez Hassanabadi also argued but unfortunately, he has compromised his grand standing and resigned to Punjabi power. Balochistan has become a land of tragedies, thousands of Baloch youths are missing and hundreds of thousands are apparently tortured to death by Pakistani Military in its torture cells; they have either been buried in mass graves or thrown away in remote areas of Pakistan where nobody will ever find them. BNP has a political structure heavily dependent on Sardar Attaulla Khan Mengal’s personality; otherwise its ideology of right to self-determination is totally unacceptable to Baloch masses. Though it claims that it has command over Baloch masses, but it can’t mobilize a single nationwide public protest without the help of pro-establishment parties such as JUI, NP, PKAMP and HDP. Let’s talk about the topic and my purpose of writing of this article. I am trying to explore the ways and means of unity, reconciliation and narrowing the differences/gap between Baloch Political parties so that we might reach to a common ground and understanding that would be accepted by everyone in Balochistan. First of all, let us define our objective: our prime objective is simple, that is the Independence of Balochistan! In Baloch political circle there are some well-wishers of BNP who believe that the demand of right to self-determination can or will eventually lead the Baloch nation towards freedom. Therefore, the word of UNITY for them is foremost; but unfortunately they disregard the basic principal of a national agenda. They want a sort of coordination and communication with other Baloch leaders and parties, but they failed to convince their leaders for a substantial and meaningful alliance for freedom movement. However, principally it means that we have no difference over our prime goal that we all agree upon – Independence the only thing that has created differences among us, is the “strategy” and the mean of struggle that should be chosen for freedom? Had the BNP (Mengal) not adopted a hypocritical approach toward the Baloch cause and the BNP (Mengal) student wing not openly opposed the Baloch Sarmachars the gap between them and the pro-independence parties might not have widen as much as it is today. If BNP leadership believes in the freedom of Baloch nation and wants to join the ranks of those who believe in the principal of an ideology which unify Baloch nation, first and foremost they need to stop their secondary leadership from disrespecting Baloch freedom fighters of BLA, BLF, BRA and others. They must know that if today Baloch have a recognition and respect among International Community that is because of the bold struggle of Baloch Sarmachars and not because of the parliamentary politics. As a trust building measure the BNP (Mengal) must do the above mentioned little task and prove that they want to see Balochistan a free state as much as any other Baloch then nothing can stop BNF leadership from embracing them, as they are their own flesh and blood. Another significant purpose of this article is to put forwards some suggestions: that how we can pave the way for BNP leadership for joining the noble course of martyrs, which dispense with Pakistani Parliamentary politics and adopt the demand of free Balochistan. Here are some steps needed to be taken for a positive move and to forge an amicable arrangement to overcome our differences. Therefore we request them to meticulously consider them in the wider interests of Baloch nation and Balochistan: 1: Given the intensity of the national struggle for freedom, and the geopolitical situation in the region it has become necessary for BNP to abandon the demand of right to self-determination (Even HRCP in their report mentioned that by self-determination they mean autonomy) and adopt the slogan of outright National Liberation from illegal occupation of Pakistan. 2: In my humble view the greater share of responsibility lies on the shoulders of BNP to adopt a more Baloch friendly approach so that trust building measures can be taken towards a unified struggle for the liberation of motherland. 3: Given the fact that all Pakistani political parties have not agreed to the demand of the right to self-determination of BNP, therefore it is time for BNP to disassociate itself from PONM, ARD and PPCC. 4: The parliamentary character of Baloch politics, as a Trojan horse, has always been extremely divisive for Baloch nation. It is a mirage and it has delivered nothing except deviation from pure Baloch nationalism and it has been the root cause of all corruption in Baloch society. It has provided a cover for Pakistani agencies to enter into Baloch political society. Therefore, BNP should reconsider this option and say good bye to it for good and for greater interest of Baloch people. 5: It is necessary for BNP to purify its political stance and shift its current position to a Baloch based demand. It should designate Pakistan as a colonial state and in its statements Pakistan should directly be addressed as an enemy state. 6: On international forums BNP should agree to a representative council, which would vigorously campaign and advance the demand of freedom of Baloch nation. Once agreed, all pro-Independence parties including the BNP should consider a suitable name for the council. Notice: Inputs have been given by senior pro independent friends and well-wishers.

Nowadays reports of under detention killings of Baloch youths received from different parts of Balochistan are highly disturbing, these report are promptly confirmed because of easy availability of electronic media and  mostly believed in general public, because, given the volatile situation of Balochistan, anything is possible. But international media is not being allowed to inter Balochistan for assessing the grave situation what is going on in that part of world and the Journalists related to local media are high targets of Pakistani state sponsored terrorism.

 Baloch armed guerillas forces have now increased their attacks on Pakistani occupying forces across Balochistan. In response, the frustrated ultra-nationalist Punjabi generals and bureaucrats have now adopted a counter strategy of abduction- kill and dump of soft targets. This is to prevent the energetic part of Baloch society, the youths from joining the Baloch national movement. And being more sinister, the teachers, students and Journalists are also its prime targets to deprive Baloch society of its literati.   

The president of Khuzdaar Press Club, Mohamd Khan Sasoli, has been gunned down in the close vicinity of his house by unknown motorcyclists, when he was returning back home after finishing his duty from Press Club. The 36 years old Journalist was a father of a son. It is noteworthy here to mention that Mohmad khan is the first Journalist became the victim of target killing  after the under detention tormented killing of Lala Hameed,  a Journalist  was based  in Gwader city, who was found dead with marks of tortures on his body in a deserted place along with his friend Ismail.

Yesterday, tortured bodies of five missing persons were found in desolate areas of different districts and cities, from Mand town Raziq Lateef, from Khuzdaar city Ibrahim Husni and Noora Baloch, from Tump district town Yousif Baloch, and from Karachi city Saifulla Bugti. And yesterday, as I was writing this article I received a call from a reliable source that said tortured body Huda e Rahim a political worker from Quetta, his body was found in a deserted area on Quetta-Taftan road   with a notice in his pocket which read “Bangulzai was a friend of Ali Sher Kurd and belong to BLA. He has received his punishment and others like him will also meet the same fate” claimed by a previously unknown organization, “Mujahdeen Balochistan”.     It has been observed that Baloch resistant forces are targeting Pakistani army and its installations.

 Yet the state sponsored terrorist organizations, Lashker e Jangvie, a much closed affiliate of Talban, lashaker e Taeyaba and Al-Qaida from Jumiet e Ulmae Islam side, is said to be involved in the target killing of teachers, journalists and political workers in Balochistan at the behest of Pakistani state agencies and Punjabi army.

Baloch Musaleh Defie Tanzeem, a pocket organization of Pakistani political establishment, tasked with the responsibility of particularly targeting those Baloch Journalists and political workers, who are outspoken of Pakistani state policies regarding the Baloch national question in the historical perspective.   

Pakistani state has changed the commander of its occupying forces in Balochistan. Gen Salim Nawaz, a Punjabi ex corps commander of  FC in Balochistan, who, under the command of Gen Musharraf had carried out the genocide of Baloch youths and martyred Nawab Akber Bugti, has been replaced by a Pashtun mercenary general from Khaiber  Pashtunkhowa  province , Gen Ubaidullah Khan khatak, to head Frontier Corps and continue the legacy of its Punjabi master. Now he has taken the charge of Baloch genocide “as a Pashtun” under the command of Punjabi Gen Ashfaq Kayani

The sole object of changing the command of FC from a Punjabi to a Pashtun mercenary is to exonerate Punjab of its crime ridden record of genocide of Baloch nation, and shifting the blame on a Pashtun military General, whereby Punjabi dominated Pakistani state could justify its use of force against Baloch public in the name of restoring the state writ in the “so called   Balochistan province” and implying that Pakistan is a country where all are equally represented.

 It was the Khuzdar Cantonment where the Pushtoon mercenary General of Punjab made its first visit when he was appointed as the corps commander of FC in Balochistan. Where he met Mengal and Zehri sardars and then he went to Chaman as a guest of Mahmmod Achakzai, where on record he announced the induction of Pashtuns in Pak army from Pashtun dominated areas of Balochistan, he also said that as Khuzdaar and Quetta districts are with us, other remaining districts cannot make any trouble for us. It is noteworthy to mention here that the land on which the Khuzdar Cantonment is established belong to Zehri and Mengal brothers. It is more than 20 thousand acres land leased to Punjabi military by Mengal and Zehri brothers.

 But Baloch resistance has ripped through the order of the tribal societies. Powerful tribes have been reduced into fraternity groups by resistance movement. The recent attacks on two high profile government officials by Baloch resistance forces show that Baloch society is fully controlled by Sarmachars (the freedom fighters). The CM and Governor are chieftains of their respective tribes, But unable to seek their revenge on Baloch resistance movement as it has broken all barrier of tribalism. Baloch Sarmachars, the freedom fighters, have now totally changed the landscape of resistance.

 Pakistani state writ in Baluchistan’s social life is totally eroded, except the military cantonments and garrisons, where only Punjabi military personnel and with Pushton mercenary armed men are living. They are totally alienated from Baloch society, they have been rendered as estrange objects in Balochistan by Baloch nationalist forces.

Pakistani army personnel without heavy columns of armed vehicles cannot enter into Baluchistan’s cities and towns. The constant resistance of 10 years has worn the morale of Pakistan army across Balochistan. Its armed men are suffering from mental illnesses.

Apart from Armed resistance, in general society, people have now refused to pay utility bill, which is costing Pakistan billions of rupees. Without the presence of helicopters and tanks it is utterly an impossible task for Punjab army to make sure that Baloch natural gas is flowing into Punjab’s cities and factories from already depleted Gas fields of Balochistan. 

 Baloch students have refused to be taught Pakistan Study text books in schools, colleges and universities. Reciting Pakistani national anthem in all education institutions and schools in Balochistan is a sin. Pakistani flag can be seen hoisted only on its cantonments and military camps. In place of Pakistani flag, azad Balochistan flag is flying on all schools, colleges, shops and homes across Balochistan.

 All provincial and national assembly members from Balochistan have now bought homes in Islamabad and want to leave Balochistan forever, because, they are isolated from Baloch society of general public. They are now called pariah in Baloch society for reasons that they have done nothing for Baloch national struggle for freedom. Instead they are believed to be the collaborators of enemy. Civil courts in Balochistan are deserted, as Baloch have abandoned the hope that their day to day social grievances would be redressed Pakistani courts. All courts in Balochistan are now engaged only with false cases framed against Baloch youths by occupying Punjabi military establishment as a measure of preventing them from the participation of freedom struggle.

However, Pakistani military is putting all blame of Baloch insurgency on India, Afghanistan and Russia; and particularly India is its prime target of the whole blame. But to defend themselves from Pakistani blames, it’s appropriate for neighboring countries, particularly for India to send the members of  its civil societies to check  if there is any Indian involvement  in fomenting insurgency in Balochistan or not?
